No se si ya lo sabíais, pero en USA han llamado a revisión a los S2000 del 2006-2007 por un error en el servofreno que "puede" provocar que con el tiempo disminuya la asistencia, cosa que "puede" incrementar el riesgo de accidente.

No se si hay equivalente de la campaña en Europa, pero teniendo en cuenta que todos los coches salían de la misma linea de producción pues es bastante probable que "potencialmente" en Europa también se tenga ese problema.

Statement by American Honda Regarding Brake Booster Recall: 2006-2007 Honda S2000 and 2006 Acura RSX

06/12/2013 - TORRANCE, Calif.

-18,352 total Honda and Acura vehicles are being recalled in the United States
-No crashes or injuries have been reported related to this issue
-Customer notification will begin in mid-July

American Honda will voluntarily recall 5,239 Honda S2000 vehicles from the 2006-2007 model years and 13,113 Acura RSX vehicles from the 2006 model year in the U.S. to inspect and, if needed, replace the brake booster in these vehicles. A production error may have allowed brake booster components to be produced outside of the original specifications, potentially causing decreased brake assistance over time, which could increase the risk of a crash. No crashes or injuries have been reported related to this issue, which was discovered through warranty claim analysis.

Honda is announcing this recall to encourage owners of all affected vehicles to take their vehicles to an authorized dealer as soon as they receive notification of this recall from American Honda. Mailed notification will be sent to customers in mid-July 2013. In addition to contacting customers by mail, at that time, owners of vehicles from the affected model years will be able to determine if their vehicles require repair by visiting www.recalls.honda.com and www.recalls.acura.com or by calling (800) 999-1009 for Honda owners or (800) 382-2238 for Acura owners, and selecting option 4.
