Hi everbody,
hope nobody will be offended If I write this in english

I can get my hand on a Comptech Supercharger for my S2000, now the question,
after installation will I have any problems with ITV????

In germany the ITV is very strikt and I would have to get the Supercharger in the papers of the car,
how is the correct way to do it in spain????

I know that some of you have Superchargers fitted to your S2000, how did you do it.

I will mount the kit myself in my shop.

It depends, not all ITV work the same, you can be lucky and they don't see it, or you can have problems.
If you decide to install it finally, be sure you stick honda stickers as much as posible, you you might confuse them. At least in spain they are not experts.

That means that If pass ITV and get my sticker for the front window I´m done????

You see in germany every serious modifikation to the car, rims, engine, bodywork has to be aproved by the ITV
and they will put these mods in the cars records (papers).

I fitted different wheels, CAI intake, exhaust and so on and they did not seem to care so far, but I don´t want to push it any further maybe I´m not so lucky the next time.

Well, same as Germany shoud happen here, but the point is that they don't have to see your compressor. So a good honda sticker on the compressor and keep fingers crossed

spain is difernt..... yes "una mierda".
IF you can install these kit in germany or other country more development and past teh ITV there, is the best solution.
Too you can homogate this kit in spain with a industrial ingineer,there so many companys to do it,search in internet( i have no idea now).

Or try to convince them with some bullshit as a " limited edition S2000", In case it won´t work try to give them 50 euros some ITV people barely knows how to read or write so you might be lucky!!

All my cars have lowered suspension and I never had questions about...

Segurament tinguis problemes am la ITV perque aquí son tots una panda de cabros i fan lo que puguin pero tocar les pilotes. Et pots trobar una itv on ni se n'adonin del compresor o un altre lloc on s'ho mirin de dalt a baix y per tots costats.

I'd say blackmore is right, it is like a lottery. In case ITV's sentence is "Falta grave" but not imposing a serious security risk, you'd always have the possibility to remove the compressor and pass the inspection again within 15 days.

Por lo menos los mensajes que pone en español no lo habla mal del todo, pero quizás no tiene un conocimiento suficiente para expresar sus dudas y por ello lo escribe en inglés. A mi me parece fenomenal, de hecho yo lo haría.

I want to install a greedy turbo kit in my D16Z6 but sure i will have a lot of problems in the itv... i dont know how much it will cost... but i hope that no so much.

si es q lo q no se aprenda en hondaspirit no se aprende en ningun sitio.....eso si, una cosa es q el no sepa español bien, y se le conteste en ingles, y otra muy distinta es q os pongais ablar catalan.... ....yo lo entiendo x ser valenciano, xo a lo mejor otra gente no lo entiende........sin mal rollo..........

you will have problems at the itv, you have two options , the first , go to the ITV with the superchercharger put, and maybe the car pass it, because there are little S2000 in mallorca and the people of the ITV maybe don´t know exactly you engine type, the second option: put your modificattion on papers, for this I can help you if you want. I know the engineer for do it ,here in mallorca , tell me some thing about this, if you want of course.
