Has spain something like the "tüv" ? a Institution which checks the car all 2 years ? and u have to write in the modifications on your car ?

Yes, here in Spain we have something like your TUV, it's called ITV. Is not the same 'cause the quality of your TUV it's not comparable with our ITV. The time between every ITV check depend on the car's age (4, 2 or 1 year)

Sorry, my english is not so good. I will mean the TUV is better than our ITV ;)

The speed limit en city is 50kms./h.

On the highway 120kms./h.
