Las ohlins estaban en Modyacar por 1725 € hasta hace 4 días, ahora las han subido a casi 1900 €. Si se quiere hacer una conjunta...

Después de revisar TOODA su web anoche (https://www.ohlins.c...-1999-2003-ap1/), acabo de escribirles un correo con lo que me gustaría.

A ver qué me dicen.

Yo me hallo inmerso en pleno proceso para colocar los muelles TEIN que compre hará casi un año .
El caso es que me da muy mala imagen ver tanto los trapecios como las rotulas y ya puestos los veros de los discos de freno oxidados así que como sabia que me iba ha enrredar fui posponiendo el montaje de dichos muelles .
De momento tengo claro que tras soltar el primer amortiguador tanto la parte de contacto de la copela del amortiguador como la base de apoyo en chasis son completamente planas con lo que si tras instalarlos me bajan mas de dos cms que es lo que yo buscó siempre se pueden hacer unas piezas a modo de suplementos para colocar entre las copelas y el chasis( de no mas de 1 cm) ya que es lo máximo que proporciona las roscas de amarre del amortiguador al chasis.
Yo no suplenentare si no es necesario y en el caso de que lo haga serian 5 mm ( imposiciones de rampa de garaje).
El lío bueno lo tengo con la limpieza , lijada y posterior pintado de trapecios y pinzas de freno .Trabajo muy agradecido pero muy laborioso .
Algún alma caritativa proceda a ilustrar si hace el favor.

El lío bueno lo tengo con la limpieza , lijada y posterior pintado de trapecios y pinzas de freno .Trabajo muy agradecido pero muy laborioso .

The ER Series coilovers bring with them the high quality and unique features seen on the BR and RM type but have the additional benefit of external reservoirs and the ability to allow the end user to individually adjust and set compression and rebound damping rates.

The external reservoir ER Series coilovers allow BC Racing to increase the oil capacity of the damper unit. The additional oil capacity reduces peak oil temperatures which decreases variations in damping rates due to oil viscosity changes. The reduction in damping rate variations improves handling and ultimate on road and track performance.

Separate compression and rebound damping adjustment
By separating the adjustment for damping compression and rebound the ER Series allows you to dial the vehicle in to your exact needs. When braking hard whilst approaching a corner you want the car to transfer weight to the front tyres to maximise grip for the braking effort and also to allow you to trail brake into the corner without the car understeering.

As you start to lift off the brakes on corner entry you don’t want the suspension to snap back up too quickly as this will remove the loading from the front tyres too quickly and lead to understeer. As soon as the car starts to understeer you need to wind off the steering lock to reduce the work effort applied to the tyres to allow them to regain traction. This slows the vehicles ultimate speed.

The compression damping adjustment allows you to fine tune the way the car rolls onto its front tyres during braking and the separate rebound adjustment allows you to fine tune the way the car responds as you come off the brakes to enter the corner proper and keep the front end hooked up. This allows you to get back on the power sooner and maximise corner exit speed. Corner exit speed is vital because this determines you maximum speed achieved down the next straight.

We can do the a kit for this car and it would be either the BR or the ER.
The V1 and RM are not available for this car.
The difference between the BR and the ER is that the ER kit has an external reservoir and is more of a track focussed kit. The BR kit is more for fast road and minor track use.
Looking at what you use the car for then I think the BR kit would be more suited to your needs.
The BR kit retails at £640.83 + VAT, the ER kit retails at £1249.17 + VAT.
The default spring rate for the BR kit would be 10/10.
If you wish to order this then can you confirm your full address and the kit that you would like to order and I will get you a Pro Forma sent over.

Las ohlins es de lo mejor q podrás poner en un S2000.. nosotros aun montamos unas hace poco y el coche va de lujo. (se venden bastante mas baratas q eso 1900 y pico + iva) tengo 3 clientes aqui con ohlins + s2000 y todos encantados.

Luego Tein tienes la ventaja de q son made in Japan, calidad aseguada y q Tein hace muchas pruebas sobre cada coche antes de sacarlas a la venta... irán como un guante. Respecto a las ohlins las Tein tienen siempre un rebote mas "seco".

 

BC son made in TW.. para mi no juegan ni de lejos en la misma "liga" q las otras dos q venís comentando. Conozco bien las 3 marcas y no hay color entre las dos primeras y las BC.

 

Si la cartera no es problema con las Ohlins vas a salir mas q contento., si hay q apretar algo el bolsillo Tein tiene buenas opciones dependiendo si es mas un coche de calle o de "track".
